My submission to the AnthroSketchXchange community. I got Chibi-Marrow this time, so I got to draw her character Ares. He's a bit of violent sort, so here he is sporting brass knuckles. I was going to do an entire scene with him punching some poor dude out, but I ran out of time and talent. So you'll just have to envision that he had JUST punched someone right off the screen.

Great action on this piece. I never see you do digital art, its very interesting. It actually didn't register that you drew this when I first looked at it on ArtSpots, because I'm used to your real media stuff, but definitely a great one!

It's funny...I'm getting a lot of folks saying they've never seen my digital art. I've actually done a lot of it, which I've posted both here and to Yerf in the past. However, my digital art was always very poorly received (It was always done in this same style and brightness of colors, but had a more 'kids' feel to it) and I ended up taking a lot of it down.

Huh! I remember seeing some of it in the Yerf days but I've forgotten a lot of which was digital and which wasn't, but I guess I haven't seen much lately is what I'm saying. Either way, it looks good. I do like your art in general anyways though.

Knowing the Ares character from a ton of Chibi's art, I'd say you got him spot on. I thought it was a chibimarrow drawing seein it first, then I was surprised it was yours, its so much more solid feeling than alot of your work Ive seen in the past. Thick lines maybe? I like it though. I guess my only gripe is you had the near arm crossing the face, and so it hides alot of the expression. I would have liked to have seen it. But otherwise its awesome. You made Ares hot, which he is ^^ so its all win hehehe
